My Practice
People come to therapy for a lot of different reasons, but they have one thing in common. They often feel captive to problematic feelings or behavior and want their lives to improve. Couples come for therapy often when they feel really stuck in destructive, hurtful behavior and want their relationships to improve. So, despite the despair, there is hope that therapy can be helpful to bring change and a difference.
I too, share in this belief that therapy can be a great facilitator of change. I have a breath of experience working with many different issues. I am an actively engaged therapist who tailors the therapy to your individual needs. I apply my vast skill set to my work with individuals and couples.
